71jl Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 71jl ("71jl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 71jl.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

71jl reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

To access the full features of the 71jl Platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered 71jl account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 71jl is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as PhilSys, driver's license, passport, SSS, GSIS, or PRC card) before your account is fully activated or before a withdrawal is processed.
• Mobile Number: Your registered mobile number serves as your primary account identifier and recovery method. You are responsible for keeping this number active and updated in your account profile.

71jl reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 71jl login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your 71jl account.
• You must notify 71jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat.

All financial transactions on the 71jl Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 71jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards are also accepted. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are prohibited under Philippine law and are not supported.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, but unusually large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

71jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published on the Promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute 10-20%. Full contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering a bonus, maximum bet limits apply. Exceeding the stated maximum bet may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Malfunction Voids All Pays: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue, all affected wagers and payouts are void. 71jl will refund the original stake for any voided wager.
• Disconnection Policy: If your connection to the Platform is lost during gameplay, any incomplete game rounds will be resolved according to the game's disconnection policy. For most games, the round will complete automatically based on your last action.

• Interruption of service or access to the Platform.
• Errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the Platform software.

71jl's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your 71jl account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 71jl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

71jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to respond to KYC verification requests within a reasonable timeframe.
• Abusive behavior toward 71jl staff or other players.
• At 71jl's sole discretion for operational, regulatory, or business reasons.

In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in your account will be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons other than breach, your remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance within 30 days, after which the balance will be forfeited.

71jl is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:

• Processing of deposits and withdrawals.
